Depressed and Desperate to Die

Sky News Longform

This piece focuses on the legalisation of assisted dying in Canada for poeople suffering with mental illness, and shows an end point of where assisted dying in the UK could go in a society that mirrors ours.

I pitched this piece to Sky News and they went with it to run along when the assisted dying vote was to take place in 2024. This film is based in Canada as it is the world capital of assisted dying. As producer I tracked down and built up trust of contrubitors, some over years. This piece was made in 10 days.

Mech-X4

Disney XD Campaign Launch

The Brief: To create a pacy, action-packed 15 second promo, highlighting the new episodes’ even tougher monsters for Disney XD.

I had the idea of showing a hype-reel of S2 from the point of view of the Mech, with quick cutting and a beefy music track, this promo left a clean and punchy impact.
